SHIPPING & Return Policy

GENERAL 30 DAYS POLICY

Merchandise purchased from precisionbottles.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in the original condition for resale.

Please note that all return merchandise will be subject to inspection prior to the issue of a refund. For all merchandise returned to PB for reasons other than damage, incomplete order, or incorrect item received, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit.  

Return shipping charges will apply. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request. Glass products must be returned as a pallet shipment. Returns of glass items shipped via DHL or Parcleforce will not be accepted.

FOR GLASS ITEMS 

Please notify our customer service at sales@precisionbottles.com within 14 days of arrival if the package is found with visible damages or missing merchandise. 

To prevent damages of glass items on larger orders, we will sometimes offer our customers to ship their order on a pallet at no additional cost if your order qualifies for free shipping. We will notify and ask for your permission to opt for this service. As a common policy of all LTL or FTL trucking companies, a signature will be required upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any visible damages or note of any missing boxes. If the delivery receipt has been signed as complete and not damaged, we will not be able to file a claim against the delivery company, therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

REFUNDS

Refund process could take 5-7 business days upon package arrival to our returns department. All refunds are processed with the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Merchandise can only be exchanged for certain items. Please contact our customer care for additional information.

  1. Ensure you have met the conditions listed on this page to confirm eligibility. 

  2. Contact us via. sales@precisionbottles.com or (01254) 886 662 to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

  3. Ship authorized return items to:

NOTE: we DO NOT take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or damaged during transit.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.
